All deliveries are handled by Sicca's Delivery Services. They specialize in 1-3kg parcel delivery across Ghana.
Delivery timeline: 48-72 hours after dispatch. You'll receive tracking information via WhatsApp/SMS.
After your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via WhatsApp and/or SMS. This includes your tracking number and estimated delivery time.
The delivery rider will attempt to call you. If you're unavailable, they'll leave a missed delivery note and attempt redelivery the next day. Additional attempts may incur extra charges.

Yes, deliveries occur Monday through Saturday. No deliveries on Sundays. Saturday deliveries are available but may have limited coverage in some areas.
